Hidden Valley is a nice resort located in the mountains of Pennsylvania right near Seven Springs. It's not huge, but it's a good size and it's usually a lot less crowded than it's neighbor. There is a fair variety of trail difficulty. They also usually have really good specials going on week-days, so I would definitely check that out if you can go during the week.
